Pilates - Tue 9:30-10:15a, Thu 6-6:45p - Try this 45‐minute core‐training session taught to all levels, concentrating on exercises for the lower back and abdominal region.
Sculpt - Tue 5-6p, Wed 9:45-10:30a - Sculpt is an athletic‐based workout using dumbbells to work every muscle group in the body. This strength‐training class can be modified to meet the needs of any fitness level.
Zumba - Mon & Thu 6:15-7p, Sun 12-12:45p - Zumba combines Latin and international music with a fun and effective workout for participants of all ages.
C.A.O.S. (Calisthenics, Agility, Optimized Strength) - Mon 5-6p - Challenge your cardiovascular fitness and your muscular strength and endurance through fun, high-energy movements and exercises.
Yoga - Sat 9-10:15a - This class is a wonderful beginner/intermediate class. Yoga is a wonderful way to maintain one’s health and flexibility through the merging of mind, body and breath.
Chair Yoga - Fri 10-10:45a - Chair Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing Yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standinig postures.
B.L.A.S.T. (Butt, Legs, Abs, Sweat and Tears) - Tue 6-6:45p - Focus on strengthening the entire body through a series of core training, scultping and intense cardio intervals.
Roll, Rejuvenate, Recover - Sat 9-9:45a - Bring your own foam roller to this class to help increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension and pan, improve athletic performance, and help prevent injury.
POUND - Tue 7-7:45p, Sat 10:30-11:15a - POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated rumming.
Core Camp - Wed 7-7:45p - Focus on exercises for ONLY your core (abs, back and glutes). This class is sure to shape up the midsection, while providing you with enough intensity to elevate the heart rate!
Strength/Cardio - Thu 9-9:45a - This class combines moderate intensity and cardiovascular activity with intervals of muscle strengthening.
Triple Threat - Thu 5-5:45p - A variety of cardio, strength and core exercises. Using bikes, bosu balls, weights or even nature to mix-up your routine & jump start your metabolism. Anything goes! 45 min. - 1 hour
All‐Terrain SPIN® - Mon/Wed/Fri 6-6:45a, Mon/Wed 6-6:45p - This class works from one energy zone to the next. Be prepared to sprint, run, jog and climb.

Cyclone EXPRESS - Thu 7p-8p - This condensed Cyclone class offers a combination of 30 minute Spin®, 20 minute sculpt and 10 minute abs & stretching.
Beginner SPIN® - Mon 7-7:45p - A high-energy cycling class for beginners in which you'll perform intervals, climbs and descents to deliver a workout, targeting glutes, quads, hamstrings and, of course, the heart.
Video SPIN® - Wed 9-9:45a - This Video SPIN® class is led by an instructor while viewing scenery and trails around the globe. Be prepared to sprint, run, jog and climb.
SilverSneakers® Cardio - Mon/Wed/Fri 9‐9:45a - Get Up & Go with an aerobics class that's safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints.
SilverSneakers® Classic - Tue/Thu 10‐10:45a - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.
Water Aerobics - Mon-Fri 10-11a - Get a great cardiovascular and muscular strengthening workout as you fight the water's resistance every step you take from the shallow to the deep!
Senior Splash - Mon/Wed/Fri 11‐11:45a - A fun, shallow-water class designed to improve agility and flexibiilty while addressing cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning. No swimming ability is required.

SCC membership is not required to attend a group fitness class. To ensure the safety of our members, entry to classes will not be permitted 10 minutes after scheduled start time.
Child care is available and rates start at $2.50 per hour. Please see our Children’s Activity Center brochure for complete details.
All classes are open to members/nonmembers ages 9 and up.
